CASTEISM :-RADICAL TRANSFORMATION ,NEED OF THE HOUR.

When we try to surgically open this inherent caste-ism whose roots are so deeply engrossed in the society we find that their has been based on one single element whose presence has always boosted the evil system of caste in this 21 st century modern India , and that is ‘Politics’. Its the political system or political class which promulgates the caste system.
In today's age when modernity in different philosophies has prevailed in through different thoughts like that of democracy,social justice, equality, universal adult franchise, abolishment of varied superstitions etc. Things like casteism’s value in all sphere of life be it professional & personal has plagued and detrimentally puts hold on too social & economic prosperity of India hugely.
Our Constitution gave a clear vision that as time passes by amendments were to me made to systematically reduce the reservations & benefits that were given to lower castes in every sphere be it government jobs,education & promotions. Politicians said it was only when the lower caste gets uplifted in society and by saying they have played well and have looted these poor people in name of being torchbearers of guarding their rights which have pushed them more and more to remain in the dark and be backward ever.
Few incidents of dalits and lower classes who have succeeded in life because their relentless hard work have been used as mascots by them to continue their politics which has made this people nothing more than vote-banks at large.
Time has come where merit must be the top priority,as when their is so much competition in every sphere of life, and survival has become so complex,existence of such system has no relevance. The major change can be brought only by the youth,the fresh young blood has the capability to access whats better for them and the future generation.They should start boycotting by giving off their identity as being belonging to a particular caste or religion ,their privileges or any other identity that puts a mask over their accumulated merit and lessen the persistent caste discrimination in the nation.
When we have wholeheartedly accepted the free market economy,what makes us still embrace this caste system which has crippled the validity of achieving success in life through merit has acted as a demotivating factor for all those who want work hard in life.
